Before all else, investigation team members rushed out to distribute various supplies needed for the project – they made sure that nothing is missing. Later on, everyone joined in the project implementation training, organized by Project Execution Director Yingqi Murong, who then seized the moment to remind team members of the matters that might call for extra attention during the survey. GDMFS project execution supervisors – all in charge of different project zones, had also contributed greatly to the training by answering given questions and clearing up all the possible doubts.

In the afternoon, everyone participated in Yingqi Murong’s arranged team-building activities (logo making, etc.), thus creating a warm and engaging atmosphere that infused everyone with a strong sense of teamwork.

After a few days of training, investigation team was finally fully prepared for the enterprise survey, and upon their departure, the team received a number of warm farewell wishes. Yujing Luo demonstrated her strong faith in the team as well as the value of their work, and hoped to be able to contact with them during this trip. In the name of all SDC’s faculty, Yibing Liu showed her greatest support, and encouraged everyone turning for help at any given moment if such a need comes. Jingyi Yuan wished everyone to achieve everything they are hoping during this investigation, and finally, wished them a safe journey.
