主讲人简介

申梦晗，中山大学政治与公共事务管理学院副教授。研究专长为健康经济与政策，研究内容包括分级诊疗、医保支付方式、流动儿童的健康保障问题、普惠型医疗保险等。博士毕业于美国哥伦比亚大学，硕士毕业于美国哈佛大学。曾担任日本早稻田大学高等研究所助理教授，已在Social Science and Medicine、Health Policy and Planning 等国际期刊发表论文。

讲座概述

We examine the return to data analytical skills using a resume auditing study design for students majoring in economics among college graduates. We send fictitious resumes in response to online job postings, randomly assigning some resumes to indicate weaker or stronger data analytical skills, and measure employer responses. We find that as compared with the weak data analysis skill resumes, the strong data analysis skill resumes receives 2.5 to 2.8 percentages points (20%) higher chances of callback. This paper adds to the literature that seeks to understand the return to skills in labor market.
